It is Global Wellness Day!

Why do YOU need a day of wellness?

Improve your health;

Restore your energy;

Help your body heal;

Flush out toxins;

Relieve stress;

Feel better.

Spend an hour doing a fun, workout-type activity (like yoga, tai-chi, aerobics or anything else you like). Remember to take care of your insides too! Eat clean, whole foods and stay off the alcohol (or in moderation).

Wellness also includes taking care of your emotional, physiological and mental health. Whether it's through meditation or just spending some quiet time reading a book, make it count.
